Terms of use and sale
1. The service
Make Autocut (make-autocut.com), published by KIPDEV SAS, automatically cuts silences and, optionally, fillers from audio and video files, normalizes loudness and provides cut lists for editing software. The free plan gives an analysis, a playable preview and a 60-second extract of the result; paid plans give the full file and the Pro features listed on the Pricing page.
2. Your files
You warrant that you hold the rights to the files you upload. They remain yours; we make no use of them beyond the requested processing and delete them within the retention periods of the privacy policy. Automatic detection may need a check: listen to the preview before exporting.
3. Prices and payment
Prices in euros including VAT, shown on the Pricing page: 30-day pass €14.90 (one-time), Pro monthly €9.90 per month, Pro yearly €59 per year. Card payment via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at each term until cancelled; the pass does not renew.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime, online, from your workspace (“Manage my subscription”, Stripe portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no pro-rata refund is due for the current period.
5. Right of withdrawal
As the service is digital content delivered immediately, by paying you agree that it starts before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and waive that right from the first full export (article L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). Until a full export is made, you may request a refund at contact@make-autocut.com.
6. Guarantee
If the service does not work (readable file refused, render impossible), write to us within 14 days of purchase: we fix or refund.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, with no continuous availability commitment. Our liability is limited to the amount paid over the last twelve months. We are not responsible for the content of files nor for the use made of the results.
8. Disputes
French law. Consumers: complain first at contact@make-autocut.com; the EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Competent courts: those of KIPDEV’s registered office, unless a protective rule says otherwise.
