Terms of service

1. Purpose

Make Autocut is an online service that automatically removes silences from audio and video files. The service is accessible without signup in the free tier, with email-based registration for the Pro tier after payment.

2. Usage

The user warrants they have the necessary rights to the files they upload. Make Autocut shall not be held liable for the uploaded content.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices are listed in EUR including VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the Stripe portal.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal as soon as the service execution begins (first file export).

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. Make Autocut shall not be held liable for any inconvenience related to the use of the service.
